Bella Ray and Juliana Van Loo Named AVCA All-Americans

The American Volleyball Coaches Association has announced the NCAA Division II All-Americans as Lewis women's volleyball players Bella Ray and Juliana Van Loo were named to the AVCA All-America Team.

Ray was awarded AVCA Second Team All-American after her performance in 2022. The junior recorded 361 kills, 3.22 kills/set and a .288 hitting percentage.  Ray ranked second in NCAA Division II with 155 total blocks. 

Van Loo was named to AVCA Honorable Mention All-American for the second straight year after winning the award last year. Van Loo recorded 324 kills, 3.18 kills/set and a .284 hitting percentage. 

Lewis finished the season 23-9 and advanced to the NCAA Division II Women's Volleyball Tournament.
